South Congress condos for $97,000. What's the catch?
The 2020 Congress apartment complex (circa 1960's) has long offered an affordable alternative for living the SoCo dream. But alas, they're being sold as condos, with the small 425 sq ft units being sold for a little less than $97K.
I'm interested though, to know what improvements have been made to the units in preparation for sale. The last time I showed these for lease, they were on a central cooling system. Not to be confused with Central Air / Central Heat, the system was a single cooling unit that was switched from "Heat" to "Cool" once a year. Wildly inappropriate for Texas weather, obviously.
Anyone have any info on the plans (or lack thereof) to convert them to single HVAC units?

Hi Bradley! We welcome you to come in and tour our models. The conversions are being done tastefully with hard wood, tile, granite countertops, stainless appliances, etc. When you come we can explain how the HVAC system is being replaced and will work. It's a beautiful option for people who want to own a piece of SoCo. So come by and take a look!
