Repost: Sex offender database info

The summertime leasing season is nuts all around but some of my clients have an extra concern this time of year. As the kids prepare to go back to school, I always get the same info request from worried parents as we shop for rentals.

So here again is the link for the searchable database of registered sex offenders in the Austin area. While most of the managed complexes simply won't rent to felony sex offenders as a policy, it doesn't mean they're not occupying the 4000 sq ft mansion next door. Don't kid yourself. Check it out.
