What's the secret to negotiating a renewal lease at the same rate I'm paying now? I don't want to move, but the new management refuses to discuss renewals here at J-Lakes. I need some good solid advice. I don't want to give up my Northwest location and my East Austin rent prices and have to move back to Riverside for cheap rent. HELP!!!
By the way my friend and I are looking for apartments. She's single and looking for an apartment locator among other things. :) On a serious note it seems difficult to find a place that doesn't rob you blind here in Austin. I need a nice place with reasonable prices. Not looking to find a second job to pay rent.
