Northwest Austin property named in Fair Housing and Americans with Disabilities Act-related lawsuit
As Texas Real Estate agents we're educated on the leasing and sales end of the Fair Housing Act and how to look out for potential violations. But it was news to me when I found out that the act could be cited when suing for issues relating to construction. Check this out from Austin Business Journal regarding a large complex on Parmer Lane, Jefferson Center.
